selling the same eBook or reproduce it or sell it with different product name. Reproduction

Our Services display
some content that doesn’t represent us. This content is the sole responsibility
of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine
whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to
display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.
But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t
assume that we do.

which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure

Liability for our Services
The service that we provide to the user is related to providing the digital information. For paid service, we are bound to have below liability:
Delivery of the Product
(a)
In case of eBook, after
successful payment by the buyer for required product, we will email the product
within few minutes. The download link will be sent to the buyer to his registered
Email-ID. The buyer would be able to download it anytime in future.

In case of Video course, after
successful payment by the buyer, we will activate your access to the video tutorial for your registered
Email-ID. The buyer would be able to view the videos anytime.

After
successful payment by the buyer for any type of product, we will send an email to your registered
Email-ID along with the product details and steps on how to access or use the product.
(b)
In case of buyer’s complaints, the complaints will be resolved. The Seller here accepts
the transaction Liability and liability under PayPal’s or PayUmoney’s Acceptable Use Policy.
In case of any transaction failure, if the buyer’s account is debited, the product will
be delivered after confirmation or the return will be initiated, depending on the circumstances.
(c)
The
refund will not be initiated in case-
The
product has already been delivered to the Buyer. Once the product is delivered,
we cannot take guarantee of the product.
We are
providing full chapter-list of content of eBook (so called product), so that
the Buyer can review the eBook before going to buy it. We advise all our
customers to review the content of the book before placing an order.
As we are selling an e-product and not any real physical product.
It can easily be utilized/used/copied by the customer. Due to the reason, we do
not accept returns to any order, hence no refund.

Direct
customer support will be provided to the buyer in case the buyer gets any issue
while purchasing.
